Ordering
How do I place an order?
Use the Partner with us form or email info@driwoundcare.com. Tell us the products, sizes and quantities you need, and we reply with availability and a quote.
Why are there no prices on the site?
Pricing depends on the product, the size and the quantity, so we quote each request. Ask and we will send pricing for your organization.
Can I order online?
Not on this site. Orders are set up with a person, by email, so nothing gets lost and every order is confirmed before it ships.
Do you sell to patients directly?
We work with healthcare organizations: hospitals, wound clinics, nursing homes, rehab centers and home health agencies. If you are a patient, please talk to your care team about the products that are right for you.
Products
Are the products on this site your full range?
These are the products we supply today, and we add more as we go. If you do not see what you need, ask us and we will tell you what we can source.
Can you send product documents?
Yes. For any product we supply we can send the maker's product sheet and instructions for use.
Can you help us choose between products?
We can share the makers' information and help you compare options side by side. Decisions about patient care stay with your licensed clinicians.
I do not see what I need. Can you find it?
Ask us. Tell us the product type and sizes you are after and we will let you know what we can source.
What do I do if there is a problem with a product?
On the Support page, press “Report a problem”. Tell us the product, the size, the lot number and what happened. Please do not send patient names or health details.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We are based in New Jersey and serve customers across the U.S. and internationally.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the product and where you are. We give you an expected delivery date with your quote.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Yes. Tell us the country and the products you need, and we will confirm what can be shipped there.

What kinds of organizations do you work with?
Hospitals and wound care centers, independent physician practices, mobile wound care providers, skilled nursing and long-term care facilities, home health agencies, and medical technology manufacturers.
