This website has no accounts, no shopping cart and no advertising. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us through the forms and the chat on this site, or by email.

When you use the Partner with us form or the Support form, we receive what you type into it: your email address, the topic you pick and your message. Your name and your organization are optional. The Support form also has an optional box for a product and its lot number.

When you use the chat on the Support pages, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and your messages. Each message reaches our team's phone as a text message. The conversation is kept for seven days after its last message, so our replies can reach you, and then it is deleted.

Please do not send patient information or other health information about a person through this website.

We use what you send to reply to you, to prepare quotes and to handle orders you ask for. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

The website is hosted by a hosting company. Messages from the forms are delivered to us by an email delivery service, and chat messages by a text messaging service and a database service. These companies handle the information only to provide those services to us. Like most websites, the host keeps basic technical logs, such as the time of a visit and the visitor's IP address, to keep the site running and secure.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
